My defence practice covers both general criminal law in its full breadth and white‑collar and tax criminal law. In particular, I represent clients in the following types of charges:

• Specific offences in economic criminal law: subsidy fraud, investment fraud, credit fraud, money laundering, acceptance of benefits, among others

Then, I prepare interrogations and the main hearing in a targeted manner – coordinated with the investigating authorities and, in tax cases, with the tax authorities. I handle criminal and tax proceedings from a single source.
